Goods may be returned within 14 days in original packaging with all labels intact. A full refund will be issued on the return of any item(s) in the above acceptable condition.

No goods may be returned without the prior written consent of V4G Workwear Ltd who will issue a returns number. It is our normal practice to replace any goods supplied which are damaged on arrival and no charge will be made in this case. RETURNED GOODS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF IN AN “AS SOLD” CONDITION AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Goods bought from the “OUTLET” page may NOT be returned unless the product received was not what was displayed online or is faulty upon arrival. If the product is deemed to be in an acceptable condition and as is on the website, a refund will NOT be issued.
